$3,500 per week* $500 per night – 4 night minimum

- All stays are subject to a cleaning fee. Cleaning rates set by cleaning company and change annually.
- Security deposit $1,000.

- We do not accommodate pets.
- We require a signed rental agreement to secure your stay at Sandy Point.
